MODULAR FLOATING DOCK SYSTEM for aquatic sports, aquaculture and environmental protection

"state of the art" floatation engineering worldwide, together with cutting edge
technology and the most advanced production techniques are the base for the new extremely
versatile PONTOON BUILDING BLOCK SYSTEM.
By utilising the friction co-efficient achieved by independent controlled flooding of modules we have refined this system to provide not only the most stable floating platform available, but also a high load capacity which can also be combined with a fender-sidebar system.
The single modules are easy to handle (weight: 6,2 kg) and guarantee a very high load capacity of 370 kg/m2 (815 lbs/10,8 sq ft). They are made of a high-quality synthetic, UV-stabilized and anti-static material (green or blue) which is extremely resistant to the elements! With block measurements of 50 x 50 x 50 cm (1,65 x 1,65 x 1,65 ft), the standard freeboard is approximately 40 cm. Blocks are easily assembled by connecting 4 elements (= 1 m2) via connecting lugs, with one bolt which gives a secure, stable connection.
This building block system can be varied according to any desired layout or measurements and can be used to replace or extend existing pontoon systems. This seawater and acid resistant system requires no maintenance or cleaning and is extremely durable. It can be utilised throughout the year or the single modules can be stacked and stored. Unlike conventional wooden floats, the pontoon is made of a skid-proof material, and will not rot, it is also safer as it won't splinter, or have sharp edges, rusty nails etc.
This "Maritime Technic" Pontoon System contributes to water purity, is aesthetically pleasing and comes equipped for various anchoring configurations. Swimming ladder, railing post and boat fastening-eye are main accessories with options such as fender systems, UV- resistant ropes and for marinas, electricity distributors (w/wo illumination) are available.
IMPACT -, COURSE AND CATCH ABSORBERS from polyurethan
The
composition of the high-quality plastics and the construction of the items give
outstanding elasticity characteristics, high course and abrasion resistance as well as
unusually large weather-proof and durability to the products. Since no softeners or
solvents are finished, our products are UV -, oil -, seawater and acid-proof. A variety
could be developed by the special chemical and mechanical characteristics of the material
as well as the know-how of many years in the processing by forms, application and
user-friendly boat and bar protection in particular the calculation carries. The exchange
with users and the development of customized solutions are besides the base for continuous
advancement and the source of innovative product ideas.
The fender systems are in such a way designed that the assembly at boats or landing stages
is easy. The material can be bored and sawed. For the "Maritime Technic - Pontoon
System " all fender systems are fastened with special outformings over edge screws to
the lugs. All products are available in the warning colours, yellow or red as well as in
black.
PE - GENERAL-PURPOSE ROPE for a fixed connection without interlocking
The buoyant and jerk-absorbing allround rope twisted from PL threads is UV-, oil- and sea water-resistant. It is available in the colours orange or white with 6, 13 or 20 mm in diameter and possesses an enormous traction power of 1 or 3 and 8 tons.
No splices more: Inside a cavity is created by pushing the rope together, into which by the network, the rope end is slid and so a stable connection without interlocking develops. Which keeps absolutely safe when demanded and however afterwards it is also again easily to be solved. (As buoy line, fasten rip line, mooring rope, hand railing and much more).
MULTI-PURPOSE ALUMINIUM BOATS for fisheries, watersports and environmental protection
This boats are made of seawater resitant aluminium, welded with modern
technologies and need no antifouling. The integrated floats secure this boats are
unsinkable.
As accessoire the following is available: Stand with steering, Build-in-tank,
Electro-outfitings, Swimming ladder, Reeling and Persenning etc.
The smaller recreational boats TypA are made as multi part and can be
divided for transport (to 125x135x55 cm) or also extended on demand by additional boddy
modules.
The larger working boats TypC are made in doubble wall and are verivied by Lloyd's
Register in Hamburg and have the EU-conformity certificate (CE-Modul-C).
