CIRCULAR NETCAGES for all conditions
We supply a wide range of single, double and triple ring cage collars, using black high density polyethylene (HD-PE 100) pipes in various thickness (SDR 22-11) and sizes from 200 to 500 mm Ø, optional mounted with either dip galvanized steel or injection molded plastic brackets (mounted usually every 2-3 m). All build with heavy gauge handrail and upright pipe (110-160 mm Ø) to resist deformation. The tailor-made circular cages or pens with a diameter from 10-60 m or 30-200 m circumference can be prepared for all types of weather and sea conditions from sea-bay to offshore sites and are developed for industrial farming of various fresh- and seawater fish species (i.e.: Kingfish, Cobia, Tuna etc.). A safety chain inside the outer pipe ring and polystyrol cylinders or dividing plates welded inside the inner pipe ring, are available for safety reasons. A full circumference walkway decking is available optionally. A bird net stand, a dead fish collector and a sinker tube ring are available as accessories. The cage pipes are shipped in parts and are welded on site. The following diameters are recommended:

ILLUMINATED NETCAGES for the fingerling production with natural zooplankton
years' experience in the field of global plankton research and fingerling production with
natural plankton and years of tests under different environmental conditions in marine and
fresh water, are the basis of the new "UWG- Solar cage system". The production
method is based on plankton feeding in the natural environment like: lagoons, bays,
fjords, lakes and large ponds, by means of attracting the organisms using a lamp located
in the center of fine meshed submerged nets. Mainly Copepods and Cladoceres - but also a
variety of other zooplankton organisms are photo sensitive and steadily swarm into the
cages towards the light source.
UNDERWATER LAMPS to delay maturity and increase growth
This new underwater lamps with LED (Light Emitting Diode) are especially energy saving and have a long service life (approx. 30,000 hours). They are used successfully in both fresh- and seawater, either in the night to attract various aquatic organisms (like zooplankton or squid), or during the winter for the simulation of daylight (24 h/day) to delay maturation and increase growth (up to 10-30 %) in several fish species (like Salmon or Cod etc.). The professional lamps are available with different light colors: blue (approx. 40 lm/W), yellow (approx. 60 lm/W), green (approx. 80 lm/W), or white (approx. 100 lm/W = Lumens/Watt), whereby optimal to attract zooplankton (copepods, phyllopods) is blue light (around 450 nm), to attract squid, shrimp and fish in seawater is green light (around 500 nm), and to attract fish in freshwater is yellow light (around 600 nm). To simulate daylight, sometimes blue - but better white light is used, whereby blue light penetrates furthest in water but white light comes closest to the natural light spectrum and can be used for all or general purposes. The recommended power in white LED light (4,000-6,000 Kelvin) is about 1-3 Watt/m2 of the holding unit (tank or cage). The self-sinking and water-proof (IP68) lamps can be used for a water depth up to 10 m (1 bar) and a water temperature up to 30 °C. They are made from high quality plastic and stainless steel (AISI316), with LED's (SMD 3528) placed on 4 sides for a 360 degree lighting angle, which reaches up to 5 m (depending on water turbidity). This submersible lamps are delivered complete with a fixed cable (5 m) and are available for 12 V/DC with two crocodile clips.

NET CLEANING SYSTEM with high pressure
This netcleaners maintain a flow of oxygenated water through the nets, that keeps them clean with minimal disturbance and no need to remove the fish from the pens. It's construction and design make the washers head working toward the net against its own high pressure water stream and can be used on all types of nets and cages. The netwasher loosen and pulverize, with its high pressure water stream, algae growth, food remains and other fouling, which in turn will drift away by the current. The single head disk is easily used, the dual head disk is for faster cleaning. The fuel driven pressure pump with high output drives the head of the net-washer disk or can be used for pressure washing. It can be operated by one man from the boat or walkway/collar or underwater by a diver. Alternatively a hydraulic power pack for workboats is available, which is permanently installed with all the advantages of hydraulic drive, useful for pressure washing on boat and cages.

POLYMER COATED POLYESTER NETS for cages
This special polymer (PVC) coated polyester (PET) net is very strong and stable, but also flexible. The nets are 100 % stronger than conventional nylon nets, are highly UV-resistant, suitable for seawater and need no antifouling. They need about 90 % less maintenance and have fewer escapes than nylon nets. The live-time of this nets with continuous use in fresh water is up to 30 years. The material is available on coils with a width of 3,6 m with a mesh size of 5 mm, and 5,0 m wide with a mesh size of 20 and 40 mm. With a weight of 450-780 g/m2 the cages need no lead sinkers. We deliver finished cages or also the material on coils.

NYLON NET MATERIAL for cages and fishery
The production is based on a complete process, from the raw material, passing the different manufacturing phases like: matching, weaving, cutting and packing. Our aim is to assure a quality product to the customer. Woven in high resistant nylon, all our nets are machine sewed with double rows of stitching. UV-antifouling protection or coloration, on request. The finished nets are delivered in any shape or size with a mesh size of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 25 or 30 mm, or only the net material itself.

PRECISION CLOTHS for aquaculture and hydrobiology
Precision woven screening
fabric is a highly specialized monofilament fabric, characterized by precisely defined and
controlled, consistent and repeatable material properties s.a.: mesh size, thickness,
tensile strength, dimensional stability, cleanliness etc.). This fabric program includes
precision sieves of different material strengths and offers a narrow mesh grading between
20-2000 micrometer and therefore fulfills all requirements of today's aquaculture and
hydrological needs. Appropriate sieve fabrics are offered per running meter and as
standard or customized products, such as filter-, dip-, hatching-, cage- and
SHADING SHEETS AND PROTECTION NETS made of polyethylene
Shades and nets are made from UV-stable polyethylene material with a shading density of 30-85 % to protect fish and ponds from light and birds. The sheets which let water (from rain) to drain off, are available on coils from 1,5 and 3,0 m width and can be manufactured wider with extra strong hem and eyes. For pricing always the width of the coil is calculated.
We also deliver bird protection nets with a mesh size of 15 - 150 mm.
TRAPS made from plastic
This easy to handle and maintenance free plastic traps have been tested in practice and are suitable for both professional and sport fisherman. Features such as a new shape and correct coloring are the result of fishing expertise's. A favorable price/performance rate ensures highest economy in use. Of course the traps are saltwater and corrosion resistant and also resistant to crabs and other pests. This traps (with exchangeable components) have a wide inlet opening and an integrated bait basket in the closed end cap. The traps are specially suitable for catching eels, but can also be used for other fish species as well as crayfish. This traps are delivered complete with sinker weight for submerging, which guarantee that the trap is always positioned with the upper closed side on top, which in turn created a protection shelter for the animals.

ALUMINIUM BOATS for fisheries and watersports
This multi-purpose boats are
made of 1-3 mm thick seawater resistant aluminum, welded with modern technologies
(WIG-Argon und Plus-ARC) and need no coating or antifouling. The integrated floats secure
this boats are unsinkable. As accessories the following is available: Stand with steering,
Build-in-tank, Electro-outfitings, Swimming ladder, Reeling and Persenning etc.

INFLATABLE BOATS for fishery and recreation
This well designed and large dimensioned inflatable boats are build from a very strong (blue-grey) plastic material, according to requirements of todays customer preferences and use. The good quality workmanship and materials guarantee security and longlifety, also in seawater. The large diameter of the hose, the reinforced heck plates and the keel forms, allow the boats even with minimal motorization and low speed, good gliding, high floating capacity and enormous stability. Security and safety is provided by the bars with broad profile on the sides and keel, by the valves situated inside, as well as by the security and holding ropes on top. The sturdy handles situated outside and the self lending valve inside allow easy handling and working.
The models S of the
"Sport Serial" (excl. 200 S) are fitted with a wooden floor with
(aluminum floor on request), and strong switchable rowing supports with stackable paddles
from aluminum. A wooden bank with fixing possibilities, holders for the persenning, bag
and reparatory sets are standard outfits.

ELECTRO MOTORS for boats and pontoons
For boats, an electro motor is practicable for up to 9 m total hull lengths. Electric motors have, compared with petrol motors, different turning moments, which allow to use electric motors with relative low powers. Longtime experiments have proven, that the required power relation (electro to petrol motor) can be 1:2.0 to 2.5, if the petrol motor was not over motorized for the boat and the use. All models have a compensated row motor, which coiling compensation optimizes the energy usage and increase the output of the motor, specially at higher turns. The casings as well as all supports are made from marine aluminum (GalSi5Mg to DIN 1725, pp. 2), which is corrosions and seawater proof. All other materials incl. all screws are made from stainless steel. The ball bearings are made for long operation and live and the seals of the bearing are made form seal rings. All parts are covered by plastic or special paintings for additional protection. Motor and motor casings are also painted with antifouling. All parts are built with high precision and each motor will be tested to electric performance.
The outboard-shaft models have
a weight of 19-21 kg and are delivered with integrated cable, switch and fuse. They are
ready to use and just have to be mounted on the heck and connected with the cables to the
battery. Available in 3 power sizes (500, 800 or 1.400 Watt) with 4 steps (2 front and 2
back) and with different shaft lengths for various boat types.
A foldable propeller, which brings the wings into a position so that they doe not turn if the motor is not used, is available as accessories. Additionally, special batteries for long time use with high cycle stability, battery loaders, and (from 36 V on) a steeples motor regulation is available.
